Strawberry Gin Cocktail

A simple smash cocktail made with fresh strawberries and gin.

Ingredients

  • 2 strawberry sliced, large
  • simple syrup 5 oz
  • lime juice 25 oz
  • 2 oz gin
  • ice
  • club soda

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add sliced strawberries, simple syrup, and lime juice to the bottom of a highball glass. Muddle until the strawberries have been pureed.
  2. Add the gin and swirl it together with a bar spoon. Add ice, then fill to the top with a club soda.
  3. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
