Strawberry Jasmine Oat Latte

This Strawberry Jasmine Oat Latte combines floral jasmine tea with lightly sweetened strawberries and oat milk in a delightful and refreshing and fruity combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon jasmine tea powder (or 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon looseleaf tea)
  • ¼ C hot water about 85°C
  • 3-4 strawberries finely diced
  • 1-2 teaspoon granulated sugar or to taste
  • ice
  • 1 C oat milk

Instructions

  1. In a heat-proof mug, add in jasmine tea powder and hot water, or brew 1 jasmine teabag with ¼ C hot water.
  2. If using tea powder, use a handheld frother to froth the tea powder with the water.
  3. In a serving glass, combine diced strawberries with sugar and mix, letting it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Add in ice cubes, oat milk and top with jasmine tea.
  5. Stick in a straw, give it a stir and enjoy immediately.
