Strawberry Juice
Why stop at Orange? Make yourself a berry good treat you can sip through a straw!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds strawberries
Instructions
- Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Optionally, you can remove the green stems if preferred, but they are are entirely edible and packed with nutrients.
- If using a juicer, feed the strawberries through the juicer according to the manufacturer's instructions and collect the juice.
- For blender method, add the strawberries to the blender and blend until smooth. Then, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve (you want to separate the juice from the pulp).
- Serve immediately over ice. You can also store your juice in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to cool it down.
