Ingredients

  • 2 pounds strawberries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Optionally, you can remove the green stems if preferred, but they are are entirely edible and packed with nutrients.
  2. If using a juicer, feed the strawberries through the juicer according to the manufacturer's instructions and collect the juice.
  3. For blender method, add the strawberries to the blender and blend until smooth. Then, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve (you want to separate the juice from the pulp).
  4. Serve immediately over ice. You can also store your juice in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to cool it down.
