Strawberry Kale Salad
This Strawberry Kale Salad combines tender massaged kale with sweet chopped strawberries, crunchy candied walnuts, and tender blanched asparagus. A homemade balsamic dressing ties the ingredients together with tangy and slightly sweet flavors, while crumbled feta cheese adds a salty, creamy finish. The salad’s texture is bright and varied, suitable as a side or a light meal, with customizable ingredient amounts.
