STRAWBERRY KISS COOKIES

Ingredients

  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Chill the dough: Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight. This chilling period is crucial for preventing spreading and making the dough easier to handle.
  6. Preheat and prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Shape the cookies: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between cookies.
