Strawberry Limeade

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 12 large mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 6 cups cold water
  • ice
  • More strawberries for garnishing
  • mint for garnishing

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place strawberries and mint leaves into the bottom of a pitcher. Using a wooden spoon or other object, mash and muddle them together to create a paste. {You could also blitz in a food processor as well.}
  2. Stir in agave, lime juice and cold water. Taste and adjust to your liking. Pour over ice and garnish with more strawberries and mint.
