Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 1 lime cut into 8 segments, large
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 2 oz simple syrup or to taste
  • 4 strawberry diced, large
  • 3 oz white rum
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups club soda depending how big your glasses are
  • ice for serving

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Divide the lime chunks and mint leaves between two highball glasses. Use a muddler to muddle until the limes and mint break down and are juicy.
  2. Divide the syrup and strawberries between both cups and muddle again.
  3. Divide the rum between both cups, followed by the club soda and a few ice cubes.
