Strawberry Mojito
Enjoy the flavors of summer in a refreshing cocktail with this Strawberry Mojito! A minty, bubbly, fruity, and fresh delight!
Ingredients
- 1 lime cut into 8 segments, large
- 20 mint leaves
- 2 oz simple syrup or to taste
- 4 strawberry diced, large
- 3 oz white rum
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups club soda depending how big your glasses are
- ice for serving
Instructions
- Divide the lime chunks and mint leaves between two highball glasses. Use a muddler to muddle until the limes and mint break down and are juicy.
- Divide the syrup and strawberries between both cups and muddle again.
- Divide the rum between both cups, followed by the club soda and a few ice cubes.
