Strawberry Mojito Mocktail - Infused Sparkling Water

A light and refreshing summer drink, this strawberry mojito mocktail is made with lime sparkling water and fresh herbs and berries.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces sparkling water
  • 6 strawberries sliced
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener of your choice
  • 1 lime
  • ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut lime in half. Slice one half into two wedges and cut the other half into thin slices for garnish.
  2. Put 5 of the sliced strawberries in a glass and add the mint leaves.
  3. Use a fork or muddler to crush them together until the fruit is broken up and the leaves are bruised.
  4. Add ice to the glass.
  5. Pour sparkling water over ice and squeeze 1 lime wedge into the water. Stir to mix.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint, remaning strawberry slices and a slice of lime.
