Strawberry Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream chilled

Instructions

  1. Purée the strawberries and sugar in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
  3. Gently fold the strawberry purée into the whipped cream until well combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices before serving, if desired.
