- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup Stonyfield Lowfat Strawberry Yogurt
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Barlean's Forti-Flax
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender--blend on high for 45 seconds until puréed, divide among two cups and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
