Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Stonyfield Lowfat Strawberry Yogurt 
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Barlean's Forti-Flax
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender--blend on high for 45 seconds until puréed, divide among two cups and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Notes

  • Swap out the berries and yogurt for blueberry or raspberry!
