Ingredients

  • 308 g golden Oreos (10.8 oz)
  • 23 g strawberry jelly powder 0.8 oz
  • 150 g full-fat cream cheese (⅔ cup)
  • 350 g white chocolate (12.5 oz)
  • Cake sprinkles red and pink, to decorate

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Using a food processor or blender, blitz the Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. Add the crumbs to a large bowl then stir in the strawberry jelly powder.
  3. Add the cream cheese and mix well. When it's starting to stick, use your hands to press everything together into a ball.
  4. Divide the mixture into 15 equal-sized pieces and roll into balls. Place them on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Melt the white chocolate then dip the Oreo balls into it until well coated. Place them back onto the lined baking tray and top with the sprinkles.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 more hour until set then enjoy!
