Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk any variety
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup strawberry chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar, combine the old-fashioned oats, milk, chia seeds, and honey. Stir the ingredients with a spoon to mix well.
  2. Add the chopped strawberries to the jar and stir to incorporate them into the mixture.
  3. Secure the lid on the mason jar and shake it to ensure all ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Place the sealed jar in the refrigerator and let it sit at least 6 hours or overnight. The next morning, open the lid and enjoy!
