This Strawberry Peach Smoothie is a tasty and healthy drink made with all natural ingredients. The summer fruits together with mint and parsley make it so refreshing. It is also dairy-free and vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, cored
  • a quarter of a pineapple
  • 1 small mango, peeled and cut up (or a half of a large mango)
  • 1 baby banana, peeled and cut up (or a half of a regular banana)
  • 6 strawberries
  • mint leaves from 2-3 sprigs of mint
  • parsley leaves from 2-3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1/3 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Cut all fruits into chunks, then add all ingredients to your blender container and blend until smooth. Transfer to serving glasses.
  2. You can adjust how thin/thick the smoothie is by using more or less ice. Though I find it not necessary, you can sweeten the smoothie with maple syrup if desired.
