Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberry quartered, 4 cups
  • 8 ounces pineapple diced, 2 cups
  • 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed, from 4-5 lemons
  • ¾ cup honey or agave or other sweetener of your choice
  • 6 cups water cold
  • mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries, pineapple, lemon juice, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a large pitcher and add the water. Stir to combine. Taste and add more water if desired.
  3. Serve lemonade in glasses over ice. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
