Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade
This Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade is refreshing, delicious, and packed with fresh fruit flavors. It's the perfect summer drink!
Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberry quartered, 4 cups
- 8 ounces pineapple diced, 2 cups
- 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed, from 4-5 lemons
- ¾ cup honey or agave or other sweetener of your choice
- 6 cups water cold
- mint leaves optional garnish
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, pineapple, lemon juice, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large pitcher and add the water. Stir to combine. Taste and add more water if desired.
- Serve lemonade in glasses over ice. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
