Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries hulled and diced
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup red onion peeled and diced
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped (optional)
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • 1 strawberry cut in half, for garnish
  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add strawberries, pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime zest, and lime juice to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Check seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste. Top with some lime slices and a halved strawberry if desired.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
