Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries hulled and diced
- 1 ½ cups pineapple peeled and diced
- ¼ cup red onion peeled and diced
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and diced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped (optional)
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1 lime juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Lime slices for garnish
- 1 strawberry cut in half, for garnish
- tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Add strawberries, pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime zest, and lime juice to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Check seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste. Top with some lime slices and a halved strawberry if desired.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
