Ingredients
- 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder I used Nuzest
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or any non-dairy milk
- 1 Tablespoon cashew or almond butter
- ½ Tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed optional
- ice if needed
- fresh strawberries for topping, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ice or ingredients if needed. Add toppings (if using) and enjoy!
