  • 2 cups halved frozen strawberries
  • 1 coop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • sweetener (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If needed, add a pinch of sweetener.
  3. Serve cold.
