Strawberry Salad with Goat Cheese
This strawberry salad with goat cheese and pistachios is ready in 10 minutes. It's packed with flavors and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 6 cups spring mix
- 1 cup strawberries cut into quarters
- 2 cucumber sliced, Persian
- ¼ red onion thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup pistachio roasted and unsalted
- 2 oz goat cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Place the spring mix in a large shallow bowl. Add in the strawberries.
- Top with the cucumbers and sliced red onion.
- Add the pistachios and goat cheese to the salad.
- When you're ready to serve, drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze on the salad and gently toss it.
