Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats are a healthy and easy breakfast recipe for those weekdays when you are on the go! All you need is a Mason jar filled with fresh strawberries, rolled oats, milk and sweetener of your choice, and chia seeds prepped the night before.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup strawberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup oats old-fashioned, rolled, gluten-free if needed
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup milk oat, soy, or nut-based milk
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Add the diced strawberries to an 8-oz. glass Mason jar. Microwave for 60 seconds, or until the strawberries are soft and jam-like.
- Add the oats, chia seeds, milk, and sweetener to the jar. Stir the oats with the liquid until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Serve with additional fresh berries.
