Strawberry Smoothie (Dairy Free version included!)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (or oat, soy or rice milk)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt (you can also use soy / coconut yogurt if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 large fresh strawberries tops cut off and rinsed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Split into two large glasses (like a hurricane glass) with a straw.
  4. Garnish with a strawberry.
