Strawberry Smoothie Without Milk

Deliciously simple this strawberry smoothie is made without milk and totally dairy-free! refreshing, fueling, and the perfect pick me up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 figs
  • 7 Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
  • ¼ cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cups coconut water or almond milk
  • ⅛ cup collagen powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the strawberries at the bottom of the blender.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and pour almond milk over top.
  3. Blend until combined.

Notes

  • You can use both fresh or frozen berries for the strawberry smoothie and to keep it pink in color, raspberries work in place of strawberries!
