Strawberry Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie
Cool, creamy and delicious – this vitamin-packed smoothie not only tastes great but is full of protein and fiber to give you lasting energy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve in a large glass and enjoy.
Notes
- If using frozen berries or bananas, feel free to reduce the amount of ice you add before blending.
