Ingredients
- 1 .25 oz Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1 cup water
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1 box of twinkies unwrapped
Strawberry Frosting
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup strawberries diced into small pieces
- 3 cup powdered sugar
- 3 - 5 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Whipped Cream Cool whip or Homemade
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with pam baking spray.
- Using a large bowl, beat the strawberry cake mix, water, eggs, and canola oil until combined and smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the baking dish.
- Place 8 unwrapped twinkies into the strawberry cake batter.
- Pour remaining batter over the twinkies.
- Bake in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow cooling completely.

Strawberry frosting directions :
- Using a standing mixer, beat all ingredients together until combined and smooth
- Spread the frosting smoothly onto the top of the cake
Decorating
- Scoop the whipped cream into the piping bag.
- Pipe dollops of whipped cream onto the cake.
- Top with fresh sliced strawberries.
- Cut and serve!
