Strawberry Walnut Salad

This salad is easy to make, but with a variety of flavors and textures, it's far better than the average salad.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups mixed greens such as spinach and arugula
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Adjust sweetness and seasonings to your liking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, and toasted walnuts. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad and serve.
