- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 teaspoons honey
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups mixed greens such as spinach and arugula
- 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts toasted
- 1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Adjust sweetness and seasonings to your liking.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced strawberries, and toasted walnuts. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad and serve.
