Ingredients

  • 2 cans albacore tuna drained, solid white, in water
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ medium yellow onion chopped
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ½ large French bread loaf, fresh
  • 1-2 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, extra sharp
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 TBS parsley chopped, optional

Notes

  • If you would like to make 2 loafs of bread, just double the ingredient list. I had an extra long loaf of bread, so you might be able to get 2 halves from the recipe listed above if your loaf isn't as long as the one I used.
