Ingredients
- 2 cans albacore tuna drained, solid white, in water
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ medium yellow onion chopped
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ large French bread loaf, fresh
- 1-2 medium tomato chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, extra sharp
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 TBS parsley chopped, optional
Notes
- If you would like to make 2 loafs of bread, just double the ingredient list. I had an extra long loaf of bread, so you might be able to get 2 halves from the recipe listed above if your loaf isn't as long as the one I used.
