Sugar Free Ketchup
Sugar Free Ketchup is a tomato-based condiment made with chopped tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, and spices like garlic, mustard, and allspice without added sugar. Erythritol, a sugar substitute, can be optionally used to enhance sweetness. Slow cooking thickens the sauce, which is then blended to a smooth consistency. This ketchup provides a flavorful alternative to traditional ketchup with reduced carbohydrates.
