Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3/4 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
Instructions
- Add measured spices to a medium size mixing bowl
- Whisk spices until well combined.
- Store in an air tight jar.

- Helpful Tips
- If you want a milder flavor, add less of the smoked paprika.
- Not a fan of smoked flavor? You can use regular paprika instead.
- Use fresh spices for the best flavor. Spices will last about 6 months before they should be replaced.
- A glass storage container works best for storing spice mixtures, I like to use small mason jars.
- This dry rub recipe is great on any cut of pork, but my favorites ways to use it is on pork shoulder, pork ribs, or your favorite pork roast.
