  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add measured spices to a medium size mixing bowl
  2. Whisk spices until well combined.
  3. Store in an air tight jar.

Notes

  • Helpful Tips
  • If you want a milder flavor, add less of the smoked paprika.
  • Not a fan of smoked flavor? You can use regular paprika instead.
  • Use fresh spices for the best flavor. Spices will last about 6 months before they should be replaced.
  • A glass storage container works best for storing spice mixtures, I like to use small mason jars.
  • This dry rub recipe is great on any cut of pork, but my favorites ways to use it is on pork shoulder, pork ribs, or your favorite pork roast.
