Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- ¼ cup Whey Pristine Protein Powder, any flavor, optional
- 2 tablespoons Gentle Sweet (or equivalent sweetener), powdered (how to powder sweetener) - more or less to taste (see notes below)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or other flavoring (see post for some ideas)
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 10 cups fresh, clean snow
Instructions
- Whisk together the milk, optional protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt thoroughly together until the sweetener has dissolved.
- Quickly add all of the snow and mix it in. If it gets dry and lumpy, add more milk a wee bit at a time until it gets smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
Cup of Yum
Notes
- You don't HAVE to powder the sweetener if you really don't want to, but, depending on what sweetener you use, it may leave a grittiness in the ice cream. If you don't mind this, then don't bother powdering the sweetener.
