Sugar-Free Strawberry Popsicles (3 Ingredients)

Beat the heat with these sugar-free strawberry popsicles! Made with real strawberries, a splash of lemon juice, and monk fruit, this refreshing, 3-ingredient treat is perfect for all the health-conscious folks out there (and requires only 5 minutes of prep time!).

Ingredients

  • 2 heaping cups quartered strawberries fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice 30 mL

Instructions

  1. Blend: Combine and blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Mold: Pour the mixture into molds, leaving a little space at the top for it to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
  3. Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles up, then remove them from the mold.
