Ingredients

  • 1 pound sugar snap peas trimmed and strings removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar snap peas and garlic to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the peas are bright green and tender-crisp.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest before serving.
