  • 8 oz. sugar snap peas about 3 cups, fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil (or your preferred cooking oil)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves

Instructions
