  • Garlic Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup parmesan fresh grated
  • 1 box (12 oz) fettuccini noodles or equivalent

  1. Fill a large pot with water, and add a little olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bring the water to a boil, and add the Fettuccini. Follow package directions to cook Pasta AL Dente. When the Pasta is done cooking (usually 9 - 11 minutes) pour into a colander, and drain.

  3. Add the Heavy Cream, stir, and simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with Garlic Salt, and remove from heat. Place the Pasta in a large serving bowl, and pour the hot Alfredo Sauce over the Pasta in the serving bowl.
  4. Add the Parmesan Cheese, and toss the sauce and cheese with the Pasta, until blended.
  5. Sprinkle with finely minced parsley.
  6. Serve.
  7. Enjoy every bite!

Notes

  •
  • Here we have two lists of sides to go with this super-delicious recipe. There are a couple of catches though, the first one is for chicken alfredo side dishes and the second one is for chicken cacciatore sides.
  • You may be asking why did I contain them in the post? The answer is quite simple really...around here, we add chicken to almost anything if we can and the chicken cacciatore list contains so many mouth-watering great recipes that they will blow you to the moon and back once you try them!
  • What to Serve With Eggplant Parmesan can also provide you with so many wonderful side dish ideas.
  • If you'd like to see more meat and pasta dishes, check out that link. I'm sure that you won't be disappointed.
  • Keep the heat on medium-low to avoid burning the garlic.
  • Don't cook the garlic past golden brown. It will become bitter.
