- burrata with

- stone fruit peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums etc, sliced
- nuts depending on your preference, various
- Castelvetrano olives
Instructions
- Wrap the prosciutto around sliced pieces of melon.
- Assemble everything in piles on a large serving board and go to town!
