Ingredients
- 1 red onion medium-sized
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 1 green chili optional
- ½ lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Zeera or cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry all the vegetables.
- Chop all the vegetables into cubes. Try to keep them equal sized.
- Add all the vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, black pepper powder, and zeera or cumin powder.
- Mix well, and chill before serving.

Notes
- You can make this salad ahead of time by chopping all the vegetables except the onions. Store them in an air-tight container, and before serving, add the onions and spices.
- You can add other vegetables that you like, such as carrots, broccoli, cabbage and lettuce.
- You can also add nuts and seeds like peanuts, almonds, flaxseed, or pumpkin seeds.
