Summer Salad with Feta
This refreshing and healthy Summer Salad with Feta makes a quick summer lunch that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 3 cucumber medium
- 3 tomato medium
- 8 radish
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- ½ cup scallion chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Washing and cut the cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes into bite sized pieces.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
