Sun Dried Tomato Feta Dip & Pita Chips

This Sun-Dried Tomato & Feta Dip is packed with flavor from creamy Greek yogurt, tangy Feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Serve with homemade pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Greek yogurt plain
  • 6 oz feta cheese
  • 6 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • 4 slices pita bread
  • Olive oil spray
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, pepper, and basil in a food processor. You can use a blender, if it's powerful enough! 
  2. Process into a thick puree.
  3. Slice the pita bread into wedges. Spray both sides with olive oil spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees, until just toasted.
  4. Serve dip with the homemade pita chips.
