This Sun-Dried Tomato & Feta Dip is packed with flavor from creamy Greek yogurt, tangy Feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Serve with homemade pita chips.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Greek yogurt plain
- 6 oz feta cheese
- 6 oz sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 4 slices pita bread
- Olive oil spray
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, pepper, and basil in a food processor. You can use a blender, if it's powerful enough!
- Process into a thick puree.
- Slice the pita bread into wedges. Spray both sides with olive oil spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees, until just toasted.
- Serve dip with the homemade pita chips.
