Sun Dried Tomato Hummus
This Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus is creamy, rich, and healthy! The flavors are fantastic. Perfect with pita chips, pita bread, or as a sandwich spread. This one will go fast at parties!
Ingredients
- 15 oz White beans drain and reserve liquid, canned
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes drain and reserve 2 TB oil, in oil
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic fresh
- 2 TB lemon juice fresh
- 1 TB basil dried
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt plus more to taste
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper plus more to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients, including 2 TB oil from sun-dried tomatoes. Puree until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Ff additional liquid is needed, add just enough liquid from the canned beans to reach desired consistency. Add kosher salt or cayenne to taste, if desired.
