Ingredients
- 4 avocados ripe
- 2 limes juiced, about 3-4 tablespoons
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 handful cilantro fresh, chopped finely
optional add-ins
- red onion finely diced
- tomato diced
- Jalapeño diced
- queso fresco
Instructions
- Cut open each avocado, remove pit and spoon into bowl.
- Add in lime juice, salt, black pepper, garlic and cilantro.
- Mash with fork to be as smooth or chunky as you'd like.
- Stir in any additional ingredients if desired and serve with chips.
