Ingredients

  • 4 ounce cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon allulose
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 ounce vanilla whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup low-carb chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients.
  2. Add the cottage cheese and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, combine the allulose, almond flour, and protein powder.
  4. Pour the whipped cottage cheese into the dry ingredients and mix together well.
  5. Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips until well distributed.
