Super Food Smoothie
Super Food Smoothie is a tasty blend of fruits and veggies, full of vitamins and energy-rich superfoods, for a healthy start to your day!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberry
- ½ cup peaches or nectarines
- 1 large banana peeled
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 cup coconut milk light
- 1 large handful spinach
- water as needed
- ice as needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender. If using frozen fruit, add enough water to blend easily. If using fresh fruit, add enough water to blend along with some ice to make the smoothie cold.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with additional berries or pomegranate seeds.
