Ingredients
- 2 cups super greens **Combination of baby spinach, baby red & green chard, & baby kale
- ½ cup almond coconut milk, unsweetened
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 green apple, peeled, cored, & diced
- 1 very ripe banana
Instructions
- Place the super greens, almond coconut milk, ice, Greek yogurt, green apple, and banana into a blender.
- Blend very well until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. Enjoy.
- Side Note: The apple gives the smoothie a bit of a grainy texture, which didn't bother me, but if you prefer smooth and creamy smoothies, try blending this smoothie extra well and strain through a fine sieve if desired.
