Super Green Tropical Smoothie

A big bright beautiful green smoothie is one of the best ways to get your day started! This Super Green Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorites lately.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place ingredients in blender and use a tamper to push down and purée. If you want your smoothie thinner add 1/2 cup more liquid. 
  2. Optional boosts: bee pollen , collagen peptides, hemp seeds, chia seeds, spirulina
