- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
Instructions
- Place ingredients in blender and use a tamper to push down and purée. If you want your smoothie thinner add 1/2 cup more liquid.
- Optional boosts: bee pollen , collagen peptides, hemp seeds, chia seeds, spirulina
