Superfood Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 in banana chopped small chunks, frozen
- ½ cup Blueberry Yogurt or vanilla yogurt plus frozen blueberries
- 1 cup spinach chopped, or kale leaves, loosely packed
- ½ avocado ripe
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 coop protein powder optional
Instructions
- Throw it all into a blender and blend until completely smooth (and thick!)
Notes
- This smoothie turns out very thick. Add more almond milk if you would prefer a thinner consistency.
