Ingredients

  • 1 in banana chopped small chunks, frozen
  • ½ cup Blueberry Yogurt or vanilla yogurt plus frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach chopped, or kale leaves, loosely packed
  • ½ avocado ripe
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 coop protein powder optional

Instructions

  1. Throw it all into a blender and blend until completely smooth (and thick!)

Notes

  • This smoothie turns out very thick. Add more almond milk if you would prefer a thinner consistency.
