Superfoods Acai Bowl
A superfood breakfast bowl full of antioxidants, fiber and heart healthy nutrition.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- spinach handful
- 2 teaspoon acai powder
- 1 cup frozen berries of your choice
- 1 banana frozen is good
- Toppings:
- coconut flakes
- almonds slivered
- berries
Instructions
- Mix all smoothie ingredients in a high powered blender.
- Add more or less milk to get desired consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
- Eat with a spoon!
