Ingredients
- 1 supergreens about 4 cups, washed and dried, bagged
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup Cherry pitted and halved
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- For dressing:
- 3 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Dress salad right before serving.
