Sweet and Sour Pork
Sweet and Sour Pork features crispy pork tenderloin pieces coated in cornstarch and fried until golden, then combined with sautéed bell peppers, onions, and pineapple chunks. The dish is finished by simmering in a balanced sweet and sour sauce made from sugar, ketchup, vinegars, soy sauce, and seasonings.
