Ingredients
- 1 lb. (500g) Shrimp shelled, deveined, tail-on
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp with garlic, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Stir to combine well.
- Thread 3 shrimp onto each bamboo skewer. Repeat until you have 10 skewers.
- Fire up the grill and cook the shrimp over direct heat. Grill on both sides until the shrimp are cooked and nicely charred. Serve immediately.
