Sweet Chili Wings Recipe

Simple and easy to make with minimal prep, my oven-baked sweet chili chicken wings are sweet, spicy, and perfect for game day!

Ingredients

  • 12 bone-in chicken wings
  • ¼ cup Honey BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place chicken wings on baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. While wings are baking, whisk sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
  5. Remove wings from oven and brush them with the sauce to fully coat. Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and brush with sauce again. Bake for 10 additional minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165℉.

  • Storage: Store sweet chili wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days, or freeze for 3 months.
