Sweet Chilli Salmon

This easy Sweet Chilli Salmon is so simple to make and is ready in under 20 minutes. Only 4 ingredients are needed for this easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 240 g Salmon fillet (approx 120g/4.25oz per fillet)
  • 4 tablespoon Sweet Chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 lime juice only
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 5 g fresh coriander (cilantro) finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat you oven to 220°C/200°C(fan)/425°F/Gas 7.
  2. In a bowl, mix together 4 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon Soy sauce and juice of 0.5 Lime.
  3. Put 240 g Salmon fillet onto a lined baking tray. Pour the chilli sauce mixture over the salmon.
  4. Cook the salmon for 17 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with 5 g Fresh coriander (cilantro) and 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Take this sweet chilli salmon to the next level by sprinkling some Parmesan on top before it goes in the oven.
  • This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled, depending on how many people you are serving.
  • You could make this recipe using a side of salmon too.
