Ingredients
- 1 pound firm or extra firm tofu, drained
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or Braggs amino acids
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place tofu in a towel to remove as much liquid/water as possible.
- Cut tofu into even 1/2 inch slices.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
- Place tofu in marinade, coating both sides, and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden.
